Important Information
Most surveys have a time limit. It may be a few hours, or a few
days. After the time limit is up, you will not be able to complete the survey or
earn any points.
To avoid missing the deadline on a survey that we send you:
- Check your email regularly;
- When you receive a survey invitation by email, start the survey as soon as possible;
- Make sure that you provide
RewardsCentral
with an email address that you use frequently.
It may take up to 2 months for your points to be awarded after completing a
survey.
Why does it take so long?
If you answer surveys dishonestly you may be black-listed from future surveys,
you may lose all of your reward points and your account may be cancelled.

and the market research companies have systems and checks in place to ensure that
members answer surveys honestly.
