How do I order a voucher?
- Make sure you are signed in, then visit the Payment Cards & Vouchers page;
- Select the voucher you'd like to get. If the Order button is greyed out, you do not have enough reward points to order that voucher;
- Click on Order this item;
- Confirm your address;
- Confirm your order.
When will I get my voucher?
Most of the gift vouchers are electronic and will normally be delivered by email within 3 weeks. David Jones gift cards, Caltex StarCash cards, and Prepaid Visa cards are delivered by post and may take up to 8 weeks.
Can I cancel my order?
No, it is not possible to cancel or refund a voucher order.
