Why don't I receive any advertising email?
RewardsCentral cannot guarantee that you will receive advertising email.

Email is delivered to specific targeted groups of people. For example, RewardsCentral advertisers may want to target people who wear glasses but don't wear contact lenses. This means that you can't just request to have more email sent to you. It will be sent to you when your Rewards Profile matches that required by the advertisers. You should not panic if it seems that you never receive any email.




My email program can't read HTML email. What can I do?
Email will be delivered to you in HTML format. If your email program is unable to accept HTML email, you should upgrade your email program or sign-up for a Web mail account. Over 99% of people who join can already access HTML format email.

Even if your email program can't accept HTML email, you can still view your RewardsCentral Email Offers on the web from the Email Offers page. When signed in, you'll see a list of recent emails in your 'Email Offers Inbox' on the left. Just click on an email to view it.



How do I earn rewards for reading email?
You do not automatically receive points or receive entries into the $10,000 prize competition just because we have sent you an email.
  • If rewards are listed in the "Read & Click" column, then you can earn those rewards by reading the email and clicking on the View button at the bottom. Sometimes there might be two View buttons – in this case you will have a choice between getting chances to win a share of $10,000, or reward points.
If you click a link contained in the body of the main advertisement before clicking a View button, then you may automatically receive reward points instead of entries to win. Therefore if you would like to receive entries in the competition, be sure to click on the correct View button first.

  • If rewards are listed in the "Register / Take Offer" column, you must follow through and take up the advertised offer in order to earn those rewards. This may mean registering for free on a web site, or it could be signing up to receive more information about a product or service. You must have cookies enabled for this to work, and you must take the offer immediately after reading and clicking the email.
A green tick next to a reward indicates that you have already clicked or registered, and therefore you have earned those rewards. If there is no green tick, then you can still earn those rewards, but you should take action soon before the email expires.

Our system will not allow you to earn rewards twice for the one email, so there is no point clicking over and over to try and get more rewards.




How do I unsubscribe?

Every email you receive from RewardsCentral will have a link at the bottom allowing you to unsubscribe.

You can also unsubscribe by changing your email subscriptions settings. All you need to do is click on the Unsubscribe link, and then confirm.
