How do I buy a product from Incredible Deals?

To purchase an Incredible Deals item:

  1. Sign in to RewardsCentral and visit the Incredible Deals page;
  2. Select the item you'd like to purchase and confirm that you have earned enough eligible points;
  3. Click Buy Now;
  4. Confirm your address;
  5. Confirm your order.

Please allow up to 8 weeks for delivery of your purchase.

Remember, other members will be saving their points just like you, and for certain items, many members may reach the required points balance at around the same time. Therefore, if you are aiming to purchase a particular Incredible Deals item, you should buy it as soon as you accumulate enough points.

Some items may run out of stock very quickly, so you need to be fast. Don't be surprised if you're planning to buy an item and discover that the stock runs out as soon as you accumulate enough points... it just means other members had the same goal and beat you to it.


Each member is only eligible to purchase a maximum of two Incredible Deals items per calendar year.



Why can't I use all of my points to buy a product from Incredible Deals?

Incredible Deals work a bit differently to other redeem options in RewardsCentral.

Normally, you can use any points you have earned to redeem for a reward. But with Incredible Deals, to make things a little more interesting, you can only use the points you have earned from a certain date and for doing certain things.

  • Earned from
    Each Incredible Deals item has an "Earned from" list. This list tells you each of the features you can use on RewardsCentral to earn points to buy this item. For example, the rule might be that you can only use points you have earned from Email Rewards, or only from Surveys etc.
  • Earned on or after
    Each Incredible Deals item also has an "Earned on or after" date. Points that can be redeemed for the item must be earned on or after the date shown. Points are counted based on when they were credited to your account, not based on when you did something to earn them. For example, if you complete a survey on the 1st November but the points are not credited to your account until the 10th November, those points are counted as if they were earned on the 10th November.

The points that you have earned that are eligible to be used to buy each item are shown in the item details, labelled "Your Eligible Points". Remember, your eligible points will be different for each item in Incredible Deals, since different earning rules will apply for each. Once your eligible points total is higher than the listed points price, you can buy the item at that price.



How are points calculated when I redeem for a product from Incredible Deals?

When you make a purchase from Incredible Deals, the price is deducted from your points balance. However the eligible points transactions which were used to purchase the item are also marked as "used", which means you can't use those particular points again for any other Incredible Deals purchase. The transactions are marked, based on the types of transactions that are eligible, starting from the oldest transaction that is on or after the date indicated, and then continuing to more recent transactions, until the total of all transactions marked is greater than the purchase price.

Sometimes, if a large points transaction is the last transaction to be marked as used, and only part of it is actually used towards your Incredible Deals purchase, the entire transaction is considered used and cannot be used for any other Incredible Deals purchase. However the remaining points in this large transaction are still available for redemption via any other method, including Cash Out, Payment Cards & Vouchers, Auctions, Charity etc.

For most members this rule will not have any consequences. Only some purchases in particular circumstances are affected.



How much does delivery cost?

Delivery for Incredible Deals items is FREE.



When will my purchase be delivered?

Delivery will normally take up to 8 weeks. Most deliveries from RewardsCentral are made by courier, and a signature will be required on delivery. You should make sure that the address we have on file for you is correct.

You can help to ensure fast delivery by checking that your street address is correct before bidding. You would be surprised how many times an item is returned to us as "undeliverable", all because the member made a mistake entering their address.

Most items are delivered by courier. Since couriers cannot deliver to a PO box, it is important that you enter a physical street address.



Can I cancel my order?

No, it is not possible to cancel your order.
